Job Summary

Role: Cloud Engineer (AWS and Azure)
Structure: 1 year contract
Location: Downtown Montreal QC Hybrid 3 days per week in office
Rates: $85.00 - $95.00 p/h INC.

Deliverables

Design develop and maintain infrastructure automation solutions using Ansible playbooks and infrastructure-as-code practices.
Provision and manage cloud infrastructure in AWS environments ensuring performance reliability monitoring and security.
Administer enterprise systems including Windows Server Linux and Microsoft Exchange across large-scale environments.
Support CI/CD pipelines API integrations and automation workflows while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Experience Required

Strong experience managing cloud environments using services from Amazon Web Services including EC2 S3 CloudWatch CloudTrail and Systems Manager.
Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and automation using Ansible (AAP).
Experience administering large enterprise environments (500 servers) across Windows Server and Linux platforms including Microsoft Exchange.
Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell along with experience integrating APIs and supporting CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field with strong collaboration problem-solving and bilingual (English/French) communication skills; relevant certifications considered an asset.
