What are we looking for

We are expanding our clinical education team and seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Clinical Trainer to provide world-class product training clinical support and education to our customers employees and partners.
The Physical Therapy Clinical Trainer will be responsible for delivering clinical and product training for INDIBA and K-Laser technologies to physical therapists clinicians distributors and internal staff. This role requires a strong clinical background in physical therapy and rehabilitation excellent communication and presentation skills and a passion for education and technology.

What will you do

• Conduct in-person and virtual clinical training sessions for physical therapists and healthcare professionals on INDIBA and K-Laser devices
• Support onboarding and advanced training programs for new and existing customers
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide clinical demonstrations product training and event support (e.g. trade shows conferences workshops)
• Develop and refine clinical protocols training materials and case studies
• Serve as a clinical resource for ongoing customer support including troubleshooting and optimizing treatment outcomes
• Stay up to date with advancements in physical therapy sports medicine laser therapy and radiofrequency applications
• Contribute to the development of marketing and educational content (videos webinars manuals presentations)

What will you bring

• Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or equivalent) required

• Minimum of 35 years of experience in physical therapy sports medicine or rehabilitation preferred

• Prior experience with therapeutic laser radiofrequency (INDIBA/TECAR) or electrotherapy modalities is highly desirable

• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with travel (up to 50%) for onsite trainings and trade shows

• Passion for education innovation and improving patient outcomes
