TALA known for activewear that keeps up with busy lifestyles has been on a rocket ship since its founding in 2019 by entrepreneur Grace Beverley. Powered by a highly engaged largely organic social community weve evolved into a digitalfirst multichannel womens athleisure brand with a sophisticated growth and retention 2025 we accelerated our physical retail expansion with the opening of two London stores Carnaby Street and Westfield White City marking a major step in our longterm brand and community strategy.
Were looking for a CRM Coordinator to join our growing retention team. This role reports into the Retention Manager and youll be helping drive the growth of our TALA community. Day-to-day you will own execution of email SMS and lifecycle campaigns across Klaviyo as well as working closely with our events and brand team to improve our broader community offering.

This is a full-time role based at our office in SW London (hybrid 3 days in office). Reports to: Retention Manager.
Tasks
What youll be doing:
- Operating cross-functionally to develop CRM campaigns that improve the TALA community experience.
- Building email and SMS campaign ensuring brand consistency and best practice
- Working closely with our events and brand team to help develop best-in-class events and track the success of them.
- Coordinate with the creative teams to source and prepare best-in-class on-brand campaign assets
- Build and maintain automated lifecycle flows from templates (e.g. welcome series abandoned basket back in stock browse abandonment)
- Testing analysing and optimising flow performance across key flows.
- Support with developing TALA Insiders our exclusive loyalty offering.
- Compile daily and weekly CRM performance reports tracking key metrics (open rate click rate conversion revenue) and flagging trends and opportunities
- Maintain the CRM campaign calendar and ensure all deadlines are met
Requirements
What were looking for
- A genuine interest in email marketing CRM and customer retention
- Meticulous attention to detail youll be responsible for QA before every send
- A strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative team environment
- Data and reporting skills Excel skills and an analytical mindset are essential
- Experience with Klaviyo or a similar ESP (a bonus but not essential)
- An eagerness to learn and grow in CRM and retention marketing
- Somebody based in London and able to work from the office 3 days per week
