Role: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst
Location: Winnipeg MB R3C 0C4
Duration: 6 months

Job Type: Temporary Assignment
Experience
-
A minimum of 2 years working experience in the following areas:
-
Provisioning network and application accounts.
-
Providing software related technical support within a medium to large business environment.
-
Enterprise class computing environments wide-area and/or local-area networks.
-
Experience in service delivery using Best Practices such as ITIL processes is preferred.
-
Experience developing and maintaining automated access management workflows would be considered an asset.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
Qualifications and Skills
-
Knowledge of ITSM Service Request tracking/work order management software tools.
-
Knowledge of IAM software such as Microsoft Active Directory.
-
Effective verbal and written communication.
-
Strong analytical skills with the ability to plan work establish priorities and adapt these plans and priorities in the face of unpredictable software and hardware challenges.
-
Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
-
Proven effectiveness in high-stress environments.
-
Extensive use of phone and PC is required.
