- Strong AWS development and cloud architecture experience
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect
- Experience with Amazon Q in Connect and/or Amazon Bedrock
- Design and implement solutions using Amazon Connect (contact flows routing agent experience analytics Contact Lens CTR data)
- Develop AI-powered capabilities using Amazon Q in Connect and Amazon Bedrock (agent assist automation summarization)
- Build scalable event-driven applications using serverless and/or microservices architectures (Lambda API Gateway DynamoDB containers/EKS)

- Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience in structured methodologies for the development design implementation and maintenance of applications
