Senior AWS Connect & Generative AI Engineer

Must Have:

• Strong AWS development and cloud architecture experience
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect
• Experience with Amazon Q in Connect and/or Amazon Bedrock
• Design and implement solutions using Amazon Connect (contact flows routing agent experience analytics Contact Lens CTR data)
• Develop AI-powered capabilities using Amazon Q in Connect and Amazon Bedrock (agent assist automation summarization)
• Build scalable event-driven applications using serverless and/or microservices architectures (Lambda API Gateway DynamoDB containers/EKS)

• Monitor troubleshoot and optimize performance security and reliability
• Produce technical documentation and solution designs
