Adobe business Architect

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

1. Business & Experience Architecture

Partner with business stakeholders to define customer experience strategies and transformation roadmaps

Design end-to-end experience architecture across marketing content data and journey orchestration

Align Adobe solutions with business KPIs (conversion engagement retention ROI)

2. Adobe Ecosystem Leadership

Architect and integrate solutions across:

o Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time customer data platform

o Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Content and digital asset management

o Adobe Workfront Workflow and marketing operations

o Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO / AJO-D) Real-time journey orchestration

o Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Cross-channel analytics and insights

Define data flows schemas identity resolution strategies and governance models

Ensure optimal use of real-time profiles segmentation and activation

3. Frontend & Experience Delivery

Guide frontend architecture using modern frameworks (React etc.)

Ensure seamless integration between frontend layers and AEM/AEP

Drive best practices in performance personalization and UX consistency

4. Agentic AI Integration

Design and implement Agentic AI-driven workflows for:

o Autonomous campaign optimization

o Intelligent content generation & personalization

o Predictive customer journey orchestration

Integrate AI agents with Adobe ecosystem for decisioning and automation

Establish governance frameworks for AI transparency accuracy and ethics

5. Data & Insights Strategy

Architect unified data models enabling 360 customer view

Leverage CJA and AEP for real-time and historical insights

Enable closed-loop measurement systems across marketing and experience delivery

6. Stakeholder & Program Leadership

Act as a bridge between business marketing data and engineering teams

Lead solution design workshops and executive presentations

Mentor teams and define architecture standards and best practices
