Job Summary
Position: Project Manager with 6 years of Genesys experience
Location: ONSITE in Austin TX 5 days a week -candidate must already be in Austin TX.

Job Details :
- As an IT Project Manager Contractor you will oversee the planning execution and delivery of IT projects.
- Develop project plans including scope schedule budget and resource allocation. Coordinate meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Identify and mitigate project risks issues and dependencies.
- Monitor progress and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure timely within-scope and budget-compliant project delivery.
Required Skills :
- IT Project Manager with experience with Genesys experience
- Project management (Agile/Scrum preferred)
- Strong communication & stakeholder management
- Risk management & problem-solving
- Leadership and team coordination
- Experience with:
- Contact center solutions
- Cloud platforms (Genesys Cloud CX tools)
