Job Summary

must live 100 miles away
Shift Time: 8a-8p
Shift Days: Thurs-Fri-Sat ( tech can pick up additional 4 hrs if needed on another day of mutual acceptance)
On Call: Possibly (they need to be willing) if a 2nd or 3 shift tech is off for PTO or sickness ) normally the 2nd and 3rd shifts are covered and call not needed
2 years or more experience with trauma and stroke experience required
Associates Degree or equivalent required; completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program required.
BLS required
AART RT(R)CT required Current State/District license required.
Operate Computed Tomography (CT) and radiographic equipment and processors analyzer body habitus to correctly adjust technical factors position the body correctly review physicians orders obtain pertinent clinical data to consistently produce high-quality radiographs and reduce unnecessary radiation to patients and self. Assists phyisicians during procedures including room preparation supplies contrast reactions and codes. Ability to schedule and complete exams and enter correct charge codes.
