Sr. Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Full Stack Developer with strong Java Fullstack knowledge to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining robust web applications that meet the needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design develop and implement scalable web applications using Java Fullstack technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean maintainable and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications ensuring timely resolution.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
• Participate in Agile development methodologies including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Document technical specifications processes and workflows for future reference.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java and Java-based frameworks (e.g. Spring Hibernate).
• Extensive experience with front-end technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with database technologies including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with version control systems particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence).
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of web applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful software development projects.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
