JOB TITLE: Electronics Assembly Technician

Summary:

• Perform electronic and mechanical production assembly operations on assemblies and subassemblies including modules boards panels frames drawers and cable systems.

• Assemble disassemble rework modify and test production and prototype assemblies according to engineering specifications and manufacturing procedures.

• Interpret diagrams blueprints and technical drawings to complete layouts and assembly tasks accurately.

• Utilize hand tools power tools jigs saws and related equipment to support manufacturing and assembly operations.

• Conduct continuity checks inspections and functional testing on work-in-process and completed assemblies to ensure quality and compliance.

• Support prototype and experimental builds under simulated operating conditions for validation and testing activities.

Requirements:

• Experience with electronic and/or mechanical assembly in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings diagrams schematics and assembly instructions.

• Experience assembling and troubleshooting modules panels boards frames cables and related subassemblies.

• Skilled in the use of hand tools power tools jigs and fabrication equipment.

• Experience performing continuity checks testing and quality inspections.

• Ability to disassemble modify rework and reassemble assemblies to specification.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly tasks.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
