Position: Contracts Administrator
Location: Lenexa KS - Hybrid - 2 to 3 days onsite per week
Duration: 10 Months
Job Type: Temporary Assignment
Shift: Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM

Summary:

The Contract Administrator will support the contracts team by collecting reviewing tracking and maintaining contract documentation related to the MBD transition to a new company structure. This role requires strong attention to detail contract management experience and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be organized proactive and capable of handling sensitive contract information accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and organize customer and vendor contracts for review and tracking.
  • Review legal entities contract terms and conditions for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and update contract records databases and tracking systems.
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding contract status updates.
  • Support the contracts team during the MBD transition project activities.
  • Ensure all contract documentation is maintained in compliance with company procedures.
  • Assist with administrative and reporting tasks related to contracts management.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve contract-related issues.

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Contracts Management or contract administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to review and understand legal entities terms and conditions within contracts.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and contract tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Previous experience supporting transition or integration projects.
  • Experience working within a corporate contracts or legal support environment.
