Job Description:
- Support effective decision-making through economic financial and market analysis of critical issues including capacity planning price and cost modeling and returns on investment.
- Support the capacity forecasting budgeting and reporting efforts for operating expense capital and resource allocation.
- Design and coordinate the development of systems and tools to keep pace with the groups growing and rapidly changing businesses.
Job Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in business finance engineering or a related field. A graduate degree (MBA or equivalent) and 0-3 years of capacity experience.
- Strong analytic skills and a demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting variance analysis and problem solving.
- Direct experience in operations or capacity planning a plus.
- Fluency in standard software including MS Excel. Knowledge of SQL is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Successful characteristics for the position are the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail the ability to work independently adjust priorities and work in a continuously changing environment.
Review of Business Group:
- Team transitioning over to more center store processes
- dig into the biasness and see what needs prioritization
Purpose of the Team and key projects:
- Processes reporting organization that needs to be happening within 6 9 months to get the team fully onboarded on processes
Task Breakdown and Workflow:
- Manage data work (pulling reporting analysis assisting with vendor meetings)
- Really looking for someone passionate about food whole foods market and looking to join FT
Internal Team interactions:
- Regular interactions daily
- Regular scheduled team meetings
- Monthly syncs
- Great opportunity with lots of exposure
Top 3 Must Have Hard Skills:
- Really strong business acumen (Data analysis)
- Presentation skills (basic presentation work not needed to be presenter but be able to build work decks and story line)
- Good financial acumen

- Be able to learn systems they use internally

Years of Experience:
- 1 -2 YOE at least within this space
