Job Title: .NET Blazor Full Stack Developer 15 Years exp)

Location: Austin Tx (Onsite)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Perform advanced-level computer programming and software development for enterprise applications
• Develop software solutions by analyzing business needs system workflows and data usage
• Design build test debug and document complex web-based and client/server applications
• Develop front-end and back-end components using C# .NET Blazor HTML5 CSS and JavaScript
• Create and optimize database-driven applications using SQL Stored Procedures Oracle and SQL Server
• Design system specifications standards and scalable architectures
• Investigate and resolve technical issues through root cause analysis and problem diagnosis
• Lead design and development of modern web applications and system enhancements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders analysts and architects to gather and validate requirements
• Support and maintain production applications ensuring system stability and performance
• Develop and enhance licensing systems including migration to modern platforms with legacy data portability
• Work with tools such as Visual Studio 2022 .NET Core Oracle DB and DevExpress
• Conduct research and analysis to improve and enhance application functionality
• Drive improvements in development processes and SDLC practices
• Lead full lifecycle development activities including planning design development testing deployment and maintenance
• Coordinate with change control boards and manage release schedules
• Ensure application security and compliance with information security standards
• Implement secure coding practices and maintain network integrity
• Lead and mentor development teams including code reviews and validation
• Produce technical documentation release notes and environment change documentation
• Deliver technical presentations and system demonstrations to stakeholders for approval
• Work within Agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives
• Collaborate across teams for development enhancements and ongoing maintenance
• Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps Jira or similar for tracking and delivery
• Develop and implement Blazor-based applications and components
• Contribute to modernization efforts including potential migration from Java technologies
• Apply responsive web design principles and best practices
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards including WCAG
• Perform application administration and environment management tasks
• Prior experience working with Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) systems.
