MANAGER NOTES

This role will partner directly with senior leadership to drive requirements definition business process mapping and solution scenario development across multiple strategic workstreams. The engagement will directly inform executive decision-making and shape future-state technology investments.

REQUIRED SKILLS

7 years of experience as a Business Analyst within enterprise IT environments
Strong experience in requirements elicitation and business process modeling
Experience supporting ERP initiatives (SAP or similar preferred)
Proven ability to operate in discovery / strategy phases of large programs
Experience working across multiple stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate business needs into structured outputs
Ability to work independently and drive deliverables with minimal oversight
Experience in retail and/or eCommerce environments
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with platforms such as SAP and Salesforce
Exposure to digital transformation modernization or enterprise architecture initiatives
Experience supporting data strategy governance or AI readiness efforts
Working Model
Reports directly to program leadership
Serves as a central coordination point across multiple workstreams
Works closely with internal stakeholders leadership and external partners
