We are seeking an experienced Microsoft D365 CE Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) with hands-on experience in customization configuration and integrations. This role requires collaboration with globally distributed teams while supporting EST working hours.
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
Gather analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Configure and implement D365 CE modules and integrations
Develop and maintain workflows plugins custom APIs and integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing system support
Ensure solution quality scalability and performance
Participate in testing deployment and production support activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong technical or techno-functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
Hands-on experience with customization configuration and integration within D365 CE
Experience with C# .NET JavaScript Power Platform and Dataverse
Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate
Experience integrating D365 CE with external systems and APIs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in EST (New York) time zone
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in enterprise-scale environments
