Radiology Interventional Technologist / Senior Radiology Interventional Technologist

We are currently hiring for both Radiology Interventional Technologist and Senior Radiology Interventional Technologist positions. Candidates will be considered for the appropriate level based on experience and qualifications.

This role is ideal for a motivated imaging professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while contributing to the growth and advancement of an innovative Interventional Radiology (IR) program.

• Provide high-quality patient care within the Interventional Radiology department
• Assist physicians during a wide variety of interventional procedures including:
  • Interventional Radiology procedures
  • Vascular interventions
  • Neurosurgical and stroke thrombectomy procedures
• Collaborate effectively with:
  • Interventional Radiologists
  • Vascular Surgeons
  • Neurosurgeons
  • Diagnostic Imaging Registered Nurses
• Support patient safety and positive procedural outcomes
• Participate in departmental growth innovation and process improvement initiatives
• Maintain compliance with radiation safety standards and departmental policies
• Assist with operational functions including:
  • Patient scheduling coordination
  • Supply and inventory oversight
  • Environment of care readiness
  • Regulatory and accreditation preparation
  • Radiation dosimetry and safety compliance
  • Policy and workflow development

• Provide mentorship and guidance to Interventional Radiology Technologists
• Support onboarding education and training initiatives
• Participate in departmental leadership and operational improvement activities
• Contribute to quality assurance and performance improvement efforts
• Assist management with workflow optimization and department development strategies

• Active Washington Radiologic Technologist Certification
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Registered Technologist Radiography (ARRT)
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

• Strong technical and procedural skills within Interventional Radiology
• Experience supporting complex vascular or neuro-interventional procedures preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to patient safety quality outcomes and continuous improvement
• Leadership and mentoring abilities for senior-level candidates
