Job Summary

Must-have: Proctor research experience prior 6-month tenure working with Apple Black or Ultra Products Manager experience Human Factors Research Background

Tasks performed:

Manage & Develop the Proctor Team - Lead mentor and train a team of VMS user study proctors ensuring all team members are fully prepared and aligned on current study protocols
Uphold Data Integrity - Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of data collected across all study sessions ensuring rigorous standards are met
Plan & Execute Research - Design implement and conduct qualitative and quantitative user studies to evaluate the fit and comfort of wearable products
Develop & Approve Protocols - Lead the development of new study protocols and facilitate the process of obtaining necessary approvals
Collect & Analyze Data - Oversee and perform data collection and conduct foundational analysis to surface meaningful patterns and insights from study results
Communicate Findings - Deliver clear concise and timely feedback and learnings to teams and key stakeholders
Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Partner closely with cross-functional team members to deploy run and summarize research studies effectively
