- Develop support and monitor integrations into and out of the clients Salesforce org using Mulesoft.
- Maintain and enhance existing Apex trigger-based integrations and data transformation processes.
- Utilize primary tools such as MuleSoft and Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud).
- Develop using languages including Apex DataWeave and SOQL/SOSL.
- Design and implement API integrations data mapping and process automation.
- Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams and follow DevOps best practices.
- Provide ongoing support for existing integrations and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems.
- Recommend and implement improvements to integration architecture.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design coding testing deployment and support.
