Compensation: $120000 $150000
Seeking an Employment Attorney (3 5 years experience) with a management-side focus to join the Omaha office. This is a foundational role with the opportunity to own build and lead the firms employment practice supported by strong referral flow and partner mentorship.
Key Responsibilities- Represent employers in employment litigation (wrongful termination discrimination harassment retaliation)
- Advise clients on federal and state employment law compliance
- Draft and review employment agreements policies and handbooks
- Handle administrative proceedings (EEOC state agencies)
- Provide day-to-day employment counseling to business clients
- Partner with firm leadership on internal employment matters
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Contribute to practice development and growth strategy
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- 3 5 years of employment law experience (management-side required)
- Experience in both litigation and advisory/counseling work
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication analytical and client-facing skills
- Demonstrated interest in practice building and leadership
