Job Summary
Job Description:
We develop solutions side-by-side with our customers through collaborative innovation to solve their challenges. This work involves the development of broadly applicable high-impact solution patterns and open-source software assets that contribute to the this role you will be working with engineers from your team and our customers teams to apply your skills perspectives and creativity to grow as engineers and help solve our customers toughest challenges. A Principal Software Engineer will be responsible for designing developing and deploying services to address complex business challenges.
The work would involve:
Designing solutions
Implementing the designs
Reliability and Supportability including maintaining the live service on a rotational on-call basis.
Engineering excellence
Responsibilities:
Work on the delivery of high-quality service and components that will power the experiences across products.
Prototype systems and frameworks.
Build apps and develop production-quality libraries.
Collaborate with product teams research and make informed recommendations about the latest tools platforms and algorithms.
Stay current with the latest developments in AI technologies and bring innovative ideas and insights to the team.
Ensure the quality scalability reliability security and maintainability of services.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of a clean well-documented codebase.
Requirement:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 12 years technical engineering experience.
Experience with coding in languages including but not limited to C C C# Java JavaScript or Python
Demonstrated history of engineering and product expertise.
Experience building software for customers
Experience designing APIs and SDKs.
