Job Summary
Defined and implemented end-to-end data platform architecture integrating AWS services with Snowflake for scalable ingestion orchestration and storage. Designed the Snowflake ecosystem including database hierarchy sandbox environments and advanced capabilities like secure data sharing and zero-copy cloning. Established robust security and governance frameworks with RBAC data masking and encryption across cloud platforms. Optimized performance and cost through efficient warehouse design monitoring and workload isolation while enabling advanced analytics and AI capabilities.
Architectural Blueprinting: Define the end-to-end structure for data ingestion orchestration and storage including the integration of AWS services (S3 Glue Athena) with Snowflake.
Snowflake Ecosystem Design: Lead the strategy for database hierarchy Business Unit (BU) sandboxes and advanced features like Zero-Copy Cloning Iceberg linkage and Secure Data Sharing.
Security & Governance Framework: Establish the Enterprise Access Model (RBAC) define dynamic data masking policies and set up the KMS encryption/IAM security layer across AWS and Snowflake.
Performance & Cost Strategy: Design the Snowflake compute architecture (Warehouse sizing and workload isolation) and implement cost governance and resource monitoring.
Advanced Capabilities: Enable foundational AI capabilities via Snowflake Cortex and architect the environment for Snowpark dbt and SageMaker.
