Job Summary

Role Summary:

Set up and manage CRMs (Hubspot Zoho GoHighlevel Podio Salesforce) WhatsApp API automation and multi-channel email drip campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Build CRM workflows for lead scoring deal stages and email nurturing.

Integrate WhatsApp API for drip campaigns (e.g. post-RFQ follow-ups certification reminders).

Create automated email sequences (welcome abandoned RFQ re-engagement).

Use Zapier/ to connect forms CRM and internal Slack alerts.

Maintain list hygiene and GDPR/ITAD compliance E-commerce Non Ecommerce

Requirements:

HubSpot CRM certification Or Other CRM Cerifications

Experience with Twilio WhatsApp API or similar.

KPIs:

Automation coverage % email open rate ( and gt;35%) WhatsApp reply rate.
