- Utilizes strong customer service skills and assists families
- Supports staff in the running of the classroom and implementing curriculum.
- Provides classroom coverage for teacher vacations and days off
- Manages center inventory- office supplies food curriculum staff recognition items etc.
- Assists the director in marketing efforts and attends open houses and events.
- In partnership with Center Director conducts team meetings to communicate important information and set a direction
- 3 years experience working with children
- Strong phone skills
- Ability to provide strong customer service
- CDA or Associates Degree preferred
