We are looking for: NeurologyCredentialedVeterinaryTechnician
Proposed Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts 9a-7p one extra weekday rotating per month 1 rotating Saturday per month
This role has a hiring range of $18.75-38.00/hr based on experience.
In Neurology you can expecttobehandle a variety of cases and run CT or MRI scans as well as be involved in advanced neurological treatments and procedures.The skills needed for this department rely heavily on being a team playercompassionateandhavea focus on excellent patient care.
Whatyoulldo:
- Assistin surgical procedures
- Client communications scheduling and education over the phone and face to face
- Manage appointments obtain histories and updated patient information
- Accurate and thorough documentationofmedical records
- Assistwith spinal and joint tap procedures place IV catheters and perform venipuncture
Who you are:
- State Registered Veterinary Technician license
- Prior veterinary experiencepreviousneurology or radiologyexperience desired
- Proficientincalculations(drugs constant rate infusions unit conversions etc.)
- Flexibility with work hours and able to workadditionalhours when necessary
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
