Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers to join our team in Fenton this role you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene dressing and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to the appropriate personnel.
- Support mobility and transportation needs as required.
- Maintain a safe clean and comfortable environment for clients.
- Adhere to all company policies procedures and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and able to work independently.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation is a plus.
- Must be able to pass background checks.
