Key Responsibilities
- Process Standardization: Develop and roll out global HR controlling standards for headcount budgeting and forecasting.
- Executive Reporting: Consolidate international HR cost data and prepare high-level analysis and materials for top management.
- Data Visualization: Create and maintain dashboards that translate complex workforce data into actionable corporate insights.
- Global Partnership: Collaborate with international HR and Finance teams to drive data integrity and process harmonization.
- Strategic Analysis: Identify financial gaps and provide recommendations to optimize global cost structures.
- Project Support: Lead or support cross-functional projects involving organizational design and HR financial topics.
Requirements
- Education: University degree in Finance Economics or Business.
- Experience: 7-10 years in HR Controlling FP&A or Financial Controlling.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel; experience with Power BI SAP or SAP SuccessFactors is a significant plus.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Solid knowledge of HR processes labor costs and workforce metrics.
- Communication: Fluent English with the confidence to present to senior stakeholders.
- Mindset: A strategic thinker and hands-on executor with an assertive structured approach to working across different countries and functions.
