Collections Officer

At Recoveriescorp our Collections Officers are at the front line of our operations. Youll connect with customers understand their individual circumstances and deliver practical tailored repayment solutions while providing a high standard of customer service.

This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service experience and a positive resilient attitude who is keen to learn and build a career in a supportive contact centre environment.

What youll do;

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls
• Engage with customers to understand and assess their financial situation
• Identify and agree on suitable repayment solutions aligned to customer circumstances
• Maintain accurate and timely file notes for every customer interaction
• Work within regulatory compliance and quality frameworks
  
  

What youll bring;

• Previous experience in a customer service role (contact centre or facetoface)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently over the phone
• A customerfocused empathetic approach with strong problemsolving skills
• Willingness to learn take feedback and develop new skills
• High attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of compliance
