This position is located on-site in Ripon WI.

• WeekendNights:Friday Saturday andSunday 4:00 PM-4:00 AM (3 nights/12-hour shifts)
• Compensation: Hourly Rate:$35.38 - $38.18 commensurate with experience and qualifications
• Shift Differential:$3.25 an hour

Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment using hand tools power tools and precision measuring and testing instruments in accordance with diagrams sketches operation manuals and manufacturers specifications
• Troubleshoot and service motors advanced hydraulic and pneumatic systems pumps conveyor systems and production machines and equipment
• Perform welding as needed to support maintenance and repair activities
• Prepare new machines for operation following established protocols and procedures
• Conduct regular technical testing on machinery to ensure safety and efficiency
• Collect and analyze data on machine operation to identify trends and recommend actions to reduce machine downtime
• Create and manage work orders through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Demonstrate expert-level understanding of production machines and equipment

Qualifications:

• Preferred Two-year Associate degree and 5 years work experience required.
• Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS

Qualifications requirements:

• Standing long periods sitting manual dexterity stooping bending
• Passing a pre-employment physical including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
• Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check
