This position is located on-site in Ripon WI.
- WeekendNights:Friday Saturday andSunday 4:00 PM-4:00 AM (3 nights/12-hour shifts)
- Compensation: Hourly Rate:$35.38 - $38.18 commensurate with experience and qualifications
- Shift Differential:$3.25 an hour

Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment using hand tools power tools and precision measuring and testing instruments in accordance with diagrams sketches operation manuals and manufacturers specifications
- Troubleshoot and service motors advanced hydraulic and pneumatic systems pumps conveyor systems and production machines and equipment
- Perform welding as needed to support maintenance and repair activities
- Prepare new machines for operation following established protocols and procedures
- Conduct regular technical testing on machinery to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collect and analyze data on machine operation to identify trends and recommend actions to reduce machine downtime
- Create and manage work orders through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Demonstrate expert-level understanding of production machines and equipment
Qualifications:
- Preferred Two-year Associate degree and 5 years work experience required.
- Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS
Qualifications requirements:
- Standing long periods sitting manual dexterity stooping bending
- Passing a pre-employment physical including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
- Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check
