Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Technician
Location: Ripon WI 54971
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift Schedule: Monday-Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM (4 x 10-hour shifts)
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to support first-shift manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for troubleshooting repairing installing and maintaining complex electrical and mechanical systems to ensure efficient production operations and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical PLC electronic hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Design and test minor electrical circuits and machine control systems.
- Install maintain and service electrical and electronic controls using schematics and blueprints.
- Support facility electrical power and water distribution systems.
- Diagnose equipment failures and replace defective electrical or mechanical components.
- Assemble and install electrical equipment including conduit panels breakers motors transformers and lighting fixtures.
- Perform preventative maintenance and monitor equipment performance for safety and operational efficiency.
- Execute both basic and advanced mechanical repairs as needed.
- Utilize CMMS systems to document maintenance activities work orders and parts inventory.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior maintenance personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or two-year technical degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial electro-mechanical maintenance.
- Strong experience with PLC troubleshooting electrical controls circuit design and power distribution systems.
- Hands-on knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret complex schematics and blueprints.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work extended periods standing bending and stooping during 10-hour shifts.
