Job Summary
SummaryResponsible for providing direct patient care assessing patient conditions and collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality compassionate nursing care. This role involves working in a dynamic environment managing a diverse patient caseload and ensuring adherence to hospital policies and best practices.

Essential Functions
-Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients including assessing planning implementing and evaluating individualized care plans.
-Monitor patient vital signs administer medications and perform procedures according to physician orders and established protocols.
-Conduct thorough patient assessments including physical examinations and history-taking to identify patient needs and conditions.
-Document patient observations interventions and responses accurately in electronic health records (EHR) or paper charts.
-Collaborate with physicians nurse practitioners and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
-Coordinate with other departments such as pharmacy and laboratory to ensure timely and effective patient care.

Education
Associates Degree Nursing required or Bachelors Degree Nursing preferred

Registered Nurse RN - State License - Generic - HR Only required
Experience
Experience in clinical nursing 1-2 years preferred
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant healthcare technologies.
