Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests visitors and staff at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor lobby and front desk activity verify visitor access as directed and help to deter unauthorized entry through attentive presence and professional communication.
• Respond to incidents guest concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating issues to hotel management and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Support front desk operations by documenting daily activity maintaining accurate logs issuing visitor information as directed and communicating relevant security-related updates to staff and supervisors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
