Job Summary
- Focusing on workplace operations coordinating vendors managing budgets and planning across functional teams ensures seamless organizational efficiency and collaboration.
- Leading daily workplace operations ensures safe and efficient office environments.
- Coordinating vendors and services ensures consistent performance across the site.
- Supporting budget management invoice processing and financial tracking in collaboration with finance partners.
- Planning and executing workplace projects including initiatives for space management and expansion.
- Partnering with stakeholders to assist with events continuity planning and location requirements.
- Demonstrate 6 years managing workplace operations or facilities
- Coordinate cross-functional programs and deliver operational results
- Manage vendors and service providers to meet performance standards
- Execute small projects and workplace improvements end-to-end
- Support budgets invoices and financial processes with accuracy
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders across teams and levels
- Work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-changing environment
- Apply equivalent practical experience in place of formal degree where applicable
- Must be willing to work on-site 4 days a week

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$97600.00Maximum:
$225700.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
