Schedule: 3x12 Day Shifts

PayRate: From $20/hr

Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care (LTC) setting. The ideal candidate will assist patients with daily activities monitor vital signs and support the healthcare team in delivering patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support with daily living activities
• Assist patients with personal hygiene including bathing dressing and toileting
• Help with mobility including walking standing transferring and repositioning patients
• Respond to patient calls and assist based on individual needs
• Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure temperature pulse respiration)
• Track and document food and fluid intake and output
• Ensure patients follow dietary restrictions and preferences
• Communicate effectively with nurses and healthcare staff regarding patient conditions
• Provide emotional support and maintain a safe comfortable environment

Required Qualifications

• Active CNA license (Missouri State)
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Minimum 12 years of experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting
• High School Diploma or GED
