What You Will Do

• An Employee with uncompromised commitment to our I Care journey which ensures a safe healthy and sustainable work environment.

• Works within Essity safety standards with responsibility for personal and others safe.

• Assures legal compliance in quality matters.

• Develops standards for Quality measurements in Laboratory and on the Lines.

• Secures the availability and the right implementation of standard documentation.

• Keeps the specifications for material and product / article specifications updated.

• Develops the capabilities tools to assure the right follow up of processes and products and trains RST quality department and operation crews regarding quality subjects e.g. product specification quality checks SPC validation routines etc.

• Supports continuous improvement following Daily Direction Setting (DDS) zero loss flowchart or/and SGA/FI in line with Business Needs.

• Reports consumer complaints and Quality KPIs to Site Unit and more specific to Production Lines.

• Identifies and make available quality improvements and performs quality benchmarks between Lines Teams and other factories.

• Supports the Process Engineers and Technical Team in the impact on improvements in Quality issues.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary 70K to 80K full benefits.

Compensation increases after successful completion of on-the-job training.
