The Team

The Role
The SAP FP&A Consultant will support clients in designing implementing and optimizing SAP-based Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) solutions. The role combines finance domain expertise with SAP technology helping organizations improve budgeting forecasting financial reporting and performance management processes.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in FP&A finance transformation or SAP FICO
• Strong understanding of:
  • Budgeting forecasting financial modeling
  • P&L balance sheet cash flow analysis
  • Cost center profit center and profitability analysis
  • Experience working with CFO FP&A or Controlling teams
  • Hands-on experience with one or more:
    • SAP S/4HANA Finance
    • SAP BPC Embedded / Standard
    • SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning preferred)
  • Good understanding of FI/CO integration
  • Experience with SAP reporting SAC dashboards or BW integration is a plus
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions
  • Excellent communication documentation and presentation skills
  • Experience working in SAP consulting

Estimated annual compensation will be$154375 - $193125
