In this role you will:

Perform flow cytometric processing and analysis of all tissues bone marrow (BM) and peripheral blood (PB) samples. A key player in the lab operation with respect to ordering filing Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) in all aspects of a clinical lab.

• Must be able carry out a variety of moderate to complex laboratory techniques including: flow cytometric processing and analysis of tissue FNA bone marrow and blood samples.
• Preparation of smears and subsequent staining.
• Must be able to collect data and critically analyze each specimen under the supervision of the lab supervisor and maintain adequate notebooks recordkeeping is extremely important.
• Must be computer literate with different programs (Excel Word Outlook etc.)

All you need is:

• BS/BA Degree with 1-3 years of experience. Willing to train.
• Must have a NYS license.

This role will have routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI). Employees will be trained on reasonable safeguards and are expected to maintain strict confidentiality as well as abide by all applicable privacy and security standards. Employees are expected only to access PHI when it is required to fulfill job duties.

Salary starting $24.00 - $45.00 Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
