Position:

We are looking for aBusiness Intelligence Analystto join our lean fast-moving Business Intelligence team in the online gaming industry. Youll work in a high-impact environment where data drives every decision. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally inquisitive proactive and thrives at uncovering the story behind the data.

You will report directly to the Head of Business Intelligence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Proactive Monitoring & Issue Detection:Investigate the why behind the numbers immediately.
Data Visualization & Reporting:Build and maintain dynamic Tableau dashboardsthat non-technical stakeholders can understand instantly.
Communicate Findings to Stakeholders: Translate technical findings into clear concise executive summaries.
Data Analysis:Analyze large complex datasets to identify trends and support strategic business decisions
Data Design: Design and optimize SQL queries from the data warehouse to extract critical information that meets stakeholder needs
KPI Development:Support team with the development and improvement of KPIs such as LTV Churn CAC.
Forecasting & Budgeting:Monitor and track regional performance against the forecasting model.

Requirements:

Project management & prioritization skills
Strong sense of curiosity initiative and thrives in a high-pressure environment
Clear communicator able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - able to bridge the gap between quantitative trends and qualitative business reality
Proficient in SQL and experience with cloud-based data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)
Experience with Tableau or other BI visualization tools (preferred)
Experience in iGaming fintech or high-volume data environments is an asset
