What youll do

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve commercial targets within the swine sector.
• Acquire and retain customers through proactive engagement building trust and delivering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with Technical Sales Advisors to address complex customer needs and close sales.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and maintain strong relationships at all levels.
• Provide market insights and sales reports to support strategic decision-making.

Youll also need:

• Vocational education with 46 years experience or a Bachelors degree with 01 year of experience
• Basic technical knowledge of animal nutrition products
• Strong influencing and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage customer relationships effectively
