Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for aWFM Analyst; this Hybrid positionwill be in Raynham MA (USA). Alternate Hybrid locations may be considered at Raritan NJ (USA) West Chester PA (USA) or Palm Beach Gardens FL (USA)

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business toestablisha standalone orthopedics companyoperatingasDePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation isanticipatedto be completed within 18 to24 months subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as may be regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Job Overview:

The WFM Analyst plays a critical role in enabling efficient workforce planning and operational execution by providingdatadriveninsights forecasts and performance reporting. This role partners closely with operations supply chain and functional leaders to ensure staffing models capacity plans and productivity assumptions align with business demand. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence operational efficiency service levels anddecisionmakingacross the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze workforce demand capacity and productivity data to support shortandlongtermplanning activities.

  • Develop andmaintainworkforce models forecasts and staffing scenarios aligned with business needs.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to laborutilization efficiency and service levels.

  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports dashboards and insights for business partners and leadership.

  • Identifytrends risks and improvement opportunities related to workforce performance and resourcing.

  • Partnercrossfunctionallywith operations finance HR and planning teams to supportdecisionmaking.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating process effectiveness and data accuracy.

  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and reporting standards.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelors degree(Business Operations Analytics Supply Chain Finance or related field).

  • Advanced degree preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Typically requires 24 years of relevant work experience in workforce management analytics operations planning or a related analytical role.

  • Proficiencyin data analysis tools (e.g. Excel reporting platforms or workforce planning systems).

  • Experience preparing clear actionable reports and presentations for business stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in afastpacedenvironment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a manufacturing supply chain or MedTech environment.

  • Familiarity with workforce planning capacity modeling or labor optimization methodologies.

  • Experience with dashboards and data visualization tools.

  • Exposure tocontinuous improvement or operational excellence initiatives.

  • Strong analytical andproblemsolvingskills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

  • Strong communicationand collaboration skills.

Other:

  • Language: English.

  • Travel: Minimal (10%) primarily domestic.

  • Certifications: Workforce planning analytics or Lean/Six Sigma certifications preferred but not.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$79000.00 - $127650.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year

Work Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off 80 hours per calendar year
