Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Software Developer to join our engineering team. You will play a key role in designing developing and maintaining our next-generation applications. This position requires a strong focus on both back-end and front-end development working with our core stack to deliver performant and scalable solutions.
You Will: Key Responsibilities & Impact
- Design develop and deploy scalable back-end services.
- Build responsive and intuitive front-end user interfaces.
- Collaborate with product managers designers and other engineers to define and implement new features.
- Maintain and improve the performance quality and responsiveness of existing applications.
- Write clean well-tested and maintainable code.
- Troubleshoot debug and upgrade existing systems.
- On call rotation
You Have: Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven professional experience with NodeJS for back-end development.
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases specifically Couchbase.
- Solid understanding of software development best practices version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Required cloud deployment experience preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP) but AWS or Azure experience is also acceptable.
Ideal & Preferred Skills:
- Strong experience with our current stack: NestJS (for back-end) and Vue (for front-end).
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience with conversational AI/large language models; Claude.
- Experience with internationalization localization and accessibility.
Will be expected to use:
- Programming Languages: JavaScript/TypeScript (NodeJS)
- Back-end Framework: NestJS
- Front-end Framework: Vue
- Database: Couchbase
- Version Control: GitLab
- Deployment: Docker Kubernetes (or similar cloud deployment tools)
- Collaboration: Agile/Scrum methodologies Jira Confluence
The salary range for this role will be between $120000 to $135000 USD. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your location skills experience education and/or professional certifications.
