• Partner with leaders to diagnose needs and translate business priorities into practical people solutions

• Support and evolve leadership programs andenterprisewidecapability initiatives

• Improve the employee experience across key moments in the lifecycle using datafeedbackand insight

• Collaborate across the business to embed learning and experience initiatives

• Continuously refine programs staying current with learningcapabilityand system trends
