Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Managed Medicaid business.
• Sell additional services and build strong professional relationships with clients
• Educate business partners and end users on AOTI products and services
• Provide proactive support and customer service to clients and partners
• Attend trade shows and industry events to establish new business
• Respond to inquiries and provide knowledgeable courteous service
• Maintain detailed knowledge of company products and services
• Ensure full customer satisfaction and follow up on all interactions
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree preferred
• 35 years of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience working with Managed Medicaid preferred
• Background in wound care is a strong plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently
• Professional presentation and demeanor
• Proficiency with computers and related software
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
