A leading manufacturer of conveyor technology is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operators for immediate openings on day shift. As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for setting up operating and maintaining production equipment to ensure quality and efficiency in a clean safety-focused manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate automated and manual machinery in accordance with safety standards
- Perform routine inspections and quality checks on parts and products
- Read and follow production schedules work orders and blueprints
- Monitor equipment performance and report issues or malfunctions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus but not required (training provided)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to work in a team-based fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable and punctual
