Jobs Functions:

This role partners closely with field leadership and crews to ensure our jobsites are safe compliant and aligned with company standards.

Job Duties:

• Conduct regular jobsite safety inspections audits and hazard assessments
• Partner with Superintendents Foremen and Project Managers to reinforce safe work practices
• Lead and support toolbox talks safety meetings and training initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and company policies
• Maintain accurate safety documentation reports and logs.
• Champion continuous improvement in safety processes and culture

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

• Must possess a valid drivers license or the ability to transport to and from the assigned job site
  
• Applicants should have 1-3 years of construction safety experience
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Detail-oriented with strong observation and problem-solving abilities.

Required Experience:

Manager
