Job Title: All round Material Handler Warehouse

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler with strong all round experience to join our warehouse team in this role you will be responsible for accurately picking unpacking handling and preparing goods for shipment while maintaining high standards of quality safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick unpack pack and prepare orders for shipment with a high level of accuracy
• Apply proper packing techniques to ensure products are protected during transport
• Handle fragile sensitive or high-value items with care
• Label scan and document shipments accurately using warehouse systems
• Perform quality checks and report any damages or discrepancies
• Assist with receiving unloading and storing incoming goods
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (forklift if certified)
• Follow all company procedures safety guidelines and quality standards
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong hands-on allround WH experience
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift and move packages (up to 1023 kg)
• Basic computer skills and experience with scanning systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent Dutch language skills are required
• English language skills are a plus
• Strong continuous improvement mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
• Hoisting certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (QAD)
• Experience in a regulated environment (e.g. pharma medical devices or high-tech logistics)
• Loistic Lean knowledge.
