Job Description

工作职责
1. 根据乐高内部规则和流程跟进移印车间新品的设置和数据库维护
Create and maintain JIA Processing Novelties data and set up according to company Rules.
Novelty Database maintain and further development 新品数据库的维护和开发
Support the drawing preparation during high season per Printing performance 根据移印效果支持原始画稿的准备工作
Flex tool & Pad Mould confirmation 移印夹具和胶头模具确认
Digital Processing card update and recipe release 数字工艺卡片及配方的维护
Create and maintain production parameter in SAP and other systems. 在SAP等系统中创建和维护本地工艺参数
2. 确保系统中参数设置的准确性
For correct settings and changes of the data in the systems.
3. 协同移印工程师和工业工程师不断提高产品设置水平对相关问题进行研究解决
Work together with Dec Tech Engineer and Industrial Engineer to continual research and improve product set up performance handle products set up related trouble shooting.
4. 实施和协调产品或材料相关的测试
Conduct and coordinate product or material testing and shadow production in shop floor.
5. 支持新产品导入和效率提升改进项目
Support NPI and productivity improvement projects
6. 维护Simplicity房间和样品间接收和存储产品样品
Maintain the simplicity room and sample room novelty and production samples receiving and storage.
7. 与团队一起执行日常工作
Other team activitydaily stuff in NPI&IE.
8. 完成经理交代的其它任务
Accomplish other tasks assigned by manager.

本岗位有何特别与不同之处What is special and different about this role
1. 理解并参与从产品设计到生产制造的端到端全流程Understand and work with the end-to-end process from product design to manufacturing.
2. 负责新产品导入NPI流程协调支持装饰生产工作日常工作运用工业工程IE思维开展Coordinate in the NPI process and support decoration production. Follow IE way of thinking in daily work.
3. 接触保密信息对工作质量要求更高Touch confidential information and higher requirement in working quality.

任职要求
1. 理工科背景有 1-2 年相关领域工作经验者优先Background in science or engineering better with 1-2 years working experience in related area.
2. 具备完成系统相关工作所需的专业知识或教育背景Has a proven knowledge or education to handle system related tasks
3. 信息技术熟练操作计算机掌握微软办公软件基础技能尤其擅长 ExcelIT: Good computer operation basic skills of Microsoft Office especially Excel.
4. 拥有 SAPPower BIPower Automate 或 Adobe Illustrator 技能者优先Its good to have SAP Power BI Power Automate or Adobe Illustrator skills.
5. 具备基础的英语读写能力能适应简单英文沟通的工作环境Be able to handle basic English in reading and writing and work in an environment with simple English communication.
