工作内容按岗位标准化操作流程按质按量地完成本岗位的生产任务
按厂区岗位安全规则作业确保无安全事故能按工厂要求每财年完成2个Find&Fix
按5S标准确保负责区域5S符合标准
知道本岗位的设备原理能简单排查本岗位的设备故障知道自主维护概念并能使用润滑技能对本岗位的设备进行润滑自主维护
能识别本岗位的不合格品并能按不合格品处理流程进行处理
要求初中及以上学历毕业
工作主动性强做事认真细致
具备一定的沟通协调能力和较强的团队协作精神
有制造业车间相关工作经验者优先
