As a Luxury Automotive Sales and Finance Consultant at Tom WoodLexus you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable car buying journey. With ourinnovativeapproach of onepersonand one transparent price you are the guests main point of contact from selling the vehicle to a sales and finance consultant you are able to facilitate the whole car buyingprocessincluding signing areseekingcompassionate hardworking hospitality-focused individuals to joinourteam.

Responsibilities:

  • Transparent Buying Experience:Embrace and promote the dealerships one transparent price philosophy ensuring customers have a clear understanding of the pricing structure and anyadditionaloptions available.

  • Personalized Assistance:As the designated consultant for each customer provide personalized attention and guidance throughout the car buying process from theinitialinquiry to the final signatures of paperwork.

  • Customer Advocacy:Serve as the customers advocate understanding their needs preferences and budget to recommend the most suitable luxury orpre-ownedvehicle available.

  • Expert Product Knowledge:Demonstratea deep understanding of the features technology and performance of vehicles for sale andshowcasingtheir uniquesellingpoints to customers.

  • Relationship Building:Establishstrong rapport and trust with customers goingabove and beyondto ensure their satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships.

  • Sales Target Achievement:Strive to achieve and exceed sales targets whilemaintainingthe principles oftransparencyand exceptional customer service.

  • Collaboration with Team Members:Work collaboratively with colleagues including service advisors and finance teamleads to provide a cohesive and customer-centric experience.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for Luxury Vehicles:A genuine passion for automobiles particularly the Tom Wood Lexus brand is a significant asset.

  • Transparent and Honest Communication:Strong communicationskills with an emphasis on transparency and honesty to build trust with customers.

  • Empathy and Customer Focus:Demonstratedcompassion empathy and customer-focused approach to ensure customers needs are met and exceeded.

  • Prior Experience:Previousexperience in luxury automotive saleshospitality or retail roles is desirable.

  • Goal-Oriented:A track recordof meeting and exceeding sales targets driven by a commitment to excellence.

  • Adaptability and Resilience:The ability to adapt to changing situations and stay resilient in a dynamic automotive sales environment.

  • Professionalism:Maintaina professional appearance and demeanor embodying the luxury brand image of Tom Wood Lexus.

  • Possess a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
