Youth Enrichment Specialist

Our Overnight Specialists are the backbone of our housesensuring our youth have a safe clean and organized environment to wake up to every morning.
Our Community Presence
We operate 6 dedicated residential houses across Mesa and Apache Junction. These homes are safe havens for youth ages 117. As an Overnight Specialist you are the guardian of that safety during the late-night hours.
Your Night Shift Mission
This is a critical role focused on the behind-the-scenes success of our program. Youll be based in our Mesa or Apache Junction homes ensuring everything is ready for the day ahead:

What Youll Need to Join Us
21 Years Old (for agency vehicle operation)
1 Year Experience in youth-focused behavioral health
Valid AZ Drivers License
Clearances: Fingerprint Card CPR/First Aid and TB test results
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Word Excel and Outlook for shift logging.

- Safety & Vigilance: Conducting regular checks on clients while they sleep to ensure a safe secure environment.
- House Stewardship: Keeping the home tidy and welcoming through light cleaning and organization.
- Daily Prep: Prepping nutritious meals and setting up materials for the next days activities so the youth can start their day on the right foot.
The Schedule
Perfect for night owls or those looking for consistent weekend hours:
- Friday Night: 10:00 PM 8:00 AM (Saturday morning)
- Saturday Night: 10:00 PM 8:00 AM (Sunday morning)
What Youll Need to Join Us
21 Years Old (for agency vehicle operation)
1 Year Experience in youth-focused behavioral health
Valid AZ Drivers License

Compensation
- $19.00 per hour
