THE ROLE
We are seeking a strong execution-focused Sous Chef to support culinary operations in a high-volume full-service hotel environment.
This role is critical to daily kitchen execution banquet production and team supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute daily kitchen operations across banquets and restaurant
- Support food production for large-scale events
- Supervise and coach line staff
- Maintain food quality and consistency
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
WHAT WE NEED
- Strong banquet experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen
- Strong organizational and execution skills
- Team leadership and accountability
REQUIREMENTS
- Full-service hotel or large restaurant experience
- Experience supporting high-volume production
